Refunds and Returns

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Wildflower Way. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All refunds will be processed via store credit only. 

Exchanges: 

Wildflower Way offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. Cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility.  Items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as when you received them.  

Return Eligibility: 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Jewelry, hats, handbags, blankets, and all other accessories are non-returnable due to sanitary safety. 
  • Gift Cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Defective Items: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe  you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Email us pictures of the defective item to wildflowerstorehouse@gmail.com.
  • Include in your email your first and last name, order number and the product name.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at wildflowerstorehouse@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. 
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging, if possible, and include original receipt or proof of purchase. 
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue you store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping fees.   

Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.
  • Store credit can be used to make future purchase on our website or in-store.
  • Store credit does not expire. 

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds in the form of cash or credit card reimbursement. All returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
